Shipping Policy

At Hypospec Design, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery for all our customers. The following policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and responsibilities to ensure full transparency.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed during weekends or holiday periods will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is processed, standard delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and any customs processing times. These estimates are based on average shipping durations and may vary due to external factors such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Customs clearance

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and shipping method. All applicable shipping costs will be displayed prior to order confirmation.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by your local government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Undeliverable or Lost Parcels

In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit or returned as undeliverable, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to the outcome of the investigation.

8. Shipping Limitations

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO), or remote regions where courier services are unavailable. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

9. Amendments to Shipping Address

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the shipping address. If you need to make a change, please notify us immediately after placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate the request before dispatch.
